In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason for your decision.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• It must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
• All tags and included accessories must be present.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet these criteria.

2. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
3. Return the product within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal.

Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the error was on our part or the item is defective or damaged.
• For international returns (outside the EU), additional customs or shipping fees may apply and will not be refunded.

Refunds and Exchanges

• Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
• You may also opt for an exchange, subject to availability.
