Refund policy
At Enivan®we are committed to guaranteeing your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the opportunity to return or exchange your item in accordance with the conditions below.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

The time limit is respected if your notification is sent before the 14 days have expired.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
- All labels and accessories included must be present.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet these criteria.
Return procedure
- Contact our customer service department at info@enivanbag.com specifying your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with return instructions.
- Return the product within within 14 days of your withdrawal.
Return shipping costs
- Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the event of an error on our part or if the item is defective/damaged.
- For international returns (outside the EU), additional customs or shipping charges may apply and will not be refunded.
Refunds and exchanges
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we will proceed to refund to the original method of payment within 14 working days.
